REPORT A SUSPECT FOOD OR TREAT

The FDA has requests you report any foods you suspect your animals may be making your animal sick. To do this, log onto: http://www.fda.gov/default.htm

• then click on Consumer Complaints Coordinator

• http://www.fda.gov/opacom/backgrounders/complain.html

• find your State and the correlating phone number for your State

• call to report your pets illness or death to that number.

This really the only way that the FDA will really know exactly how many animals are being affected by the tainted foods or if other foods (like some dry foods) or treats might be contaminated. If enough reports come in from one area the FDA will take immediate actions.
